Kitsap Public Utility District is seeking sealed bid proposals for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation and splicing of Kitsap PUD provided fiber cables for the Cynthia Ln and Bay Ridge fiber projects using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, and installation of conduit in Kitsap County ROW and in private roads within existing utility easements. Coordinate with participating Homeowners for the proper location and installation of the conduit/duct and Demarc placements To be considered a Plan Holder for addenda, a contractor must register with Kitsap PUD by sending an email to contracts@kpud.org. Email must identify desire to be added to the plan holders list, include project name, contractor name, contact name, contact email address, and contact phone #.
