This project consists of performing complete operation, maintenance, and repair services including inspections and emergency call for all pumps, reservoirs, distribution water lines, telemetering systems, equipment, and other appurtenances included under this contract for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Kawaihae Water System, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and recommended time intervals. DHHL reserves the right to amend the IFB by written addenda, reject any and all bids, or waive any defects in said bids where DHHL deems it is in the best interest of the State. the Bidder and/or his subcontractors shall possess all required valid State of Hawaii licenses and specialty licenses needed to perform the work for this project. A surety bid bond will be required for this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Notice of Intention to Bid due July 18, 2023. A written NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BID is required and shall be received by the DHHL, Land Development Division, at 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, no later than 2:00 pm, H.S.T, on Thursday, July 18, 2023. Following the pre-bid conference, attendees may attend a site visit of the Project Site. Attendance of the pre-bid conference and/or site visit is not a conditionforsubmitting a bid but is recommended.
