DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project is the construction of a small, 641 sq. ft. building addition on a building within the fenced compound of historic Colonial Michilimackinac. The existing building, constructed in 1967, is a replica of an historic rowhouse designed to replicate the 1715 to 1780 time period. Special wood construction methods and finishes are used along with modern day materials. There are no mechanical, electrical or plumbing components on this project. Site work is limited to rough and finish grading and restoration. Please NOTE: Bid responses and bid attachments MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should only submit a maximum of two (2) attachments (both being less than 6 MB) for bid responses.
