Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Mackinaw City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,665-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project is the construction of a new 2,665 sq. ft. single story, slab-on-grade, wood frame building addition on the existing office building known as the Petersen Center. Minor demolition and some minor renovation inside the existing first and second floor areas that adjoin the new addition are included along with related mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Architectural work includes wood framing, asphalt shingles, vinyl siding, clad wood windows, interior and exterior doors and hardware, acoustic lay-in ceiling, carpet, vinyl composition tile, painting, bathroom accessories and fire protection including a sprinkler system. Site work includes excavation, rough and finish grading, concrete and asphalt paving. Please NOTE: Bid responses and bid attachments MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should only submit a maximum of two (2) attachments (both being less than 6 MB) for bid responses.
