Saving Project...

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Agassiz, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The roof of Building 20 at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Agassiz site, was installed in 1996 and has been leaking for several years. In recent years the leaking has gotten worse and is impacting the interior of the building. The work generally consists of the removal of the existing roofing as well as the design, supply, and installation of new standing seam metal roofing on Building 20 at the Agassiz Research and Development Centre, 6947 Highway #7, Agassiz, BC. The new roof shall have a minimum 30 year service life with leak free performance. All work must be completed and ready for use by the client on or before March 31, 2024 The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s).
