This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for a company that can manage and maintain all landscaping work needed by the Town on all property owned by the Town as well as certain easements and right of ways. At properties owned by the Town grass will need to be cut, vegetation will need to be removed from buildings (vines, weeds, moss, etc.); leaves will need to be collected and removed; shrubs and trees will need to be trimmed. Contractor must provide a copy of herbicide application certification to spray weed killer and a Town of Pacolet Business License .The contractor must provide proof of insurance with a minimum of $1 million in liability (with the Town added as additional insured). A South Carolina CDL Class B Drivers License is requested, but not required.
