Awarded contractor must be a licensed, bonded and insured contractor Questions: All questions related to this project are to be submitted through online on or before the cut off date and time as indicated in the solicitation. DOT Estimated Start Date: 8/31/2023 Estimated Completion date: 6/30/2024 Site Visits: A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a bid. Site visits will be scheduled in advance between July 13-27, 2023, between Monday - Thursday, the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Fridays hours are 7:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply.
