Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($ 200,000). The Contractor must possess a C 36 Plumbing Contractor license issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara, Procurement Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide interior painting services on an as-needed basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, or up to a value of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), whichever is reached first. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material errors or discrepancies in the bids. The County has canceled ITB-PRC-FY24-0012 for OCH (O’Connor Hospital) Plumbing Services and is rejecting all bids. The County intends to issue a new solicitation to be posted soon.
