The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for dewatering polymer from qualified vendors for use with the City of Bismarck's solid waste processing equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Facility for the calendar year of 2024, with the option to procure product for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year. The product must meet or exceed the Solenis K275FLX performance and be shown to be equal to or more economical to use based on cost per dry ton of biosolids produced. The enclosed trial procedures and specifications provide parameters by which the City will accept submissions. Vendors must comply with all trial, testing, and proposal specifications as noted. The right is reserved to hold all proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
