Project Description: This project will consist of supplying materials and labor to provide electrical service and new site lighting along Wind River and Yellowstone River Drive at the Wyoming State Hospital. Bidding questions shall be submitted electronically by 5:00 p.m. MT on August 4, 2023. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on August 8, 2023. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 4, 2023, will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
