Structural repairs and construction to VDOT's Bristol District Storage Building No. 1 (Mancon). The repairs will include but is not limited to demolition of existing north elevation CMU wall, floor slab/foundation and the construction of a new reinforced CMU wall, floor slab, wood stud wall and related building materials and accessories. Bidders must use the "Prebid Question Form" provided in the bid documents. Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the A/E at least six (6) days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach all bidders before the submission of their bids.
