Renovation of a water / sewer project in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000325282 This project includes installation of a chemical clean-in-place system that uses a low pH acid solution to remove scale buildup on the UV sleeves of the Ultraviolet Light/Advanced Oxidation Process (UV/AOP) treatment process at the Binney Water Purification Facility. The construction work to be performed under this expansion project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies for expanding the existing UV/AOP clean-in-place system to treat an additional five UV reactors. The work includes primarily mechanical improvements with minor electrical, instrumentation and control components.
