Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The District is seeking a District-wide Public Address & Clock System for fourteen (14) Forest Hills Public Schools buildings, following a phased implementation approach over a span of 2 years or less. A 5% bid bond or cashier's check shall be required.
