Site work and paving for a civil project in Elgin, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work in general consists of CIPP lining 260 feet of 8-inch sewer main, replacing 340 feet of sewer main, replacing 340 feet of water main, and asphalt street repair along Otter Street and East Street in the City of Elgin. Contractor shall fully complete the project by August 30, 2024. Est. Value: $ 132,704.00 Est. Value Notes: Base Bid: $132,704; Alternate 1 Water Main: 47,870 Liquidated Damages in the amount of $600.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date allowed. The City of Elgin reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
