Site work for a water / sewer project in Elgin, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Work in general includes CIPP lining of approximately 2,700 feet of existing 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer mains located on Washington Street, Diamond Street, Almira Street, and Franklin Street within the City of Elgin, Iowa. Contractor shall fully complete the project by July 31, 2026. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the plan holder list and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). Downloading the electronic bid documents is required from QuestCDN in order to submit an online bid even if hard copy plans are purchased from the office of the Engineer.
