Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 15, 2024 this project was awarded to Stutz Excavating Inc. with the awarded amount of $2,151,554.57 Widen existing Hartman Lane 12' east for new NB through lane, creating second SB LT onto Central Park Drive. Existing Signals will be removed and new signals installed. Central Park Drive will be reconstructed with new pavement for first 245' and HMA widening for longer lane tapers. New dual cell culvert will replace existing triple CMP culvert under Central Park Drive. Drainage improvements. New curb and gutter and sidewalks installed with ADA compliant curb ramps. New PMK striping and signage.
