As of August 29, 2024, the RFQ has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: HVAC/Chiller Upgrade/Replacement Scope of Engineering Design Services includes, but not limited to, project administration, review of existing studies, design, recommendation, budget development, design development, bidding and construction period services and closeout. Fee for the scope of Engineering Services will be negotiated. At the option of the Bristol County Commissioners and subject to appropriation, timeline for construction completion is anticipated for September 30, 2024 Proposers must have current Mass. License and registration as an Architect or professional Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in building construction The award will be qualification based. The Bristol County Commissioners intend to award a contract within 45 days of solicitation opening The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any minor mistakes, informalities or irregularities or to reject any and all responses or to accept any response deemed to be in the best interest of Bristol County MBE/WBE businesses encouraged to participate The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
