Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 31, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor tools, and equipment for demolition of the existing one (1) - 250 gpm vertical turbine pump, motor, piping, fittings, valves, support, and all associated appurtenances. Installation of one (1) - 1000 GPM at 150 ft TDH vertical turbine pump, motor, piping, valves, support, and all associated appurtenances, electrical work, and storm water pollution prevention plan. Complete in Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
