Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lucerne Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project to renovate the kitchen equipment, bathrooms windows that will ensure the community center complies with the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility standards. The scope of work will also include walkway repairs and modifications to facilities, such as reconstruction of damaged curbs, and providing ADA accessibility to the basketball court, skatepark, restrooms, baseball field, and park benches located at Pioneer Park. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the contract. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and is admitted by the State of California.
