Site work for a civil project in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of replacing a 1000-hp variable frequency drive for Final Effluent Pump 3, three remote I/O control panels, aeration turbine vibration systems, rewiring motor control center controls and installing associated conduit and wire. The estimated cost of construction is $1,500,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional construction activities after Award of the Construction Contract. Bids to receive consideration must be signed by the bona fide prime contractor who proposes to undertake the work and who is properly licensed in accordance with the Contractor's License Law as provided beginning at Section 7000 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California. The license classification(s) required for the work are as follows: "C-10", "A". The Bidder shall have the required license(s). Each bid submitted (hard copy) must be on the forms furnished within the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bidder's bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate total bid. Project Duration 365 Calendar Days The District Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids for the work and waive any non-material irregularities in bids received.
