The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from qualified general contractors for minor projects to participate in a pool of prequalified general contractors for minor projects. Minor projects are defined as those projects under the thresholds stipulated in Section 255.20, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to Section 255.20, Florida Statutes, construction-type projects exceeding $300,000 may not be awarded pursuant this ITB. To be considered for the pool of pre-qualified resellers, interested parties must submit a complete Bidder Pre-Qualification Application (Appendix A). Contract duration: 5 years Bidder shall be State of Florida Certified General Contractor OR State of Florida Certified Building Contractor OR Miami-Dade County Licensed General Contractor OR MiamiDade County Licensed Building Contractor to be considered for award.
