Food Service Equipment is included in this contract. The scope is defined in two sets of documents: 1) 100% CD CUF (civil, utilities and foundations) and 2) 100% DD plans and specifications. Include the scope of both sets of documents in the bid. Awards will be made using these sets of documents. Work will begin early September 2018 and take approximately 14 months to complete. Start Construction September 2018. Substantial Completion October 2019
