Remodeling and addition to an educational facility in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the remodel of a educational facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to the demolition, concrete, mechanical, electrical packages. 1. Demolition 2. Retention system 3. Carbon Fiber / Double TT repair 4. Mechanical equipment 5. Electrical service transformer 6. Electrical switchgear All interested subcontractors must be HUB certified. Project description: New dining facility. 26,000 SF; single level. Conventional steel framed structure with brick and cast stone veneers and plaster soffits. Exterior patio area formed by segmented block retaining walls. Food Service Equipment is included in this contract. The scope is defined in two sets of documents: 1) 100% CD CUF (civil, utilities and foundations) and 2) 100% DD plans and specifications. Include the scope of both sets of documents in the bid. Awards will be made using these sets of documents. Work will begin early September 2018 and take approximately 14 months to complete. Start Construction September 2018. Substantial Completion October 2019
