Site work for a municipal facility in Lawrence, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The City is seeking security and surveillance systems to monitor the new Central Station. Proposals should include setup and support services for City staff. The successful Bidder will work with the City to implement and maintain a system of security and surveillance and will continually collect video surveillance and store recorded video in a safe, encrypted manner. The City will use the information a bidder provides to assess how well a proposal meets the stated intent of this RFP and the value it provides. If the City determines more than one proposal suitable it will award based on its analysis of the total cost of ownership and delivered value. Bid Event: Questions Deadline: Noon Thursday, July 20, 2023. Submit to: purchasing@lawrenceks.org Contract Term: Three (3) years with two (2) optional additional one-year renewals. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and all or part of a bid and to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in the bids received.
