As of October 13, 2023, project was awarded to multiple contractors. For General Construction it is awarded to Penn Builders, Pluming awarded to Guy Cooper Plumbing, HVAC awarded to ASL Mechanical and for Electrical awarded to Billitier Electric. But awarded amount is not available. New freestanding 45,000 sq ft +- multi story building as documented on bid documents. The building is an educational facility serving grades 3-8.
