Renovation of a water / sewer project in Millbrae, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Project will replace the aging enclosure to the Larkspur Pump Station. The enclosure is in poor condition. A full enclosure would also better protect the equipment inside. This Project will require completing design plans, Planning Commission review, and construction. Project to begin FY 2025. This Project may also be impacted by Hillsborough Water Project. Hillsborough is currently planning a water transmission line project that would begin at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plan and run through Millbrae and Burlingame to the Town of Hillsborough. This project is included in the City of Millbrae's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 16, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated in 2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
