AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. TERM: The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town's fiscal year 2024, ending on September 30, 2024. There shall be four (4) additional one (1) year term options, based on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years.
