The work includes: the demolition of the existing concrete dome cover of the fixed cover digester, erection, installation, and testing of a new stainless steel dome cover on the digester, including associated structural, mechanical, electrical and other work as required. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work and an Update Statement. This contract is subject to a 7.24% MBE and a 3.6% WBE participation requirement. The undersigned proposes to furnish all labor and materials required for completing, in accordance with the hereinafter described plans, specifications and addenda, all the work specified in Division 16 - Electrical of the specifications and in any plans specified in such division, prepared by MWRA for Digester Fixed Cover Replacement, CWWTP, MWRA Contract No. 7648, in Clinton, Massachusetts, for the contract sum of the amount entered in the line response for Event # 5952, which constitutes the bidders proposed contract sum under this bid form.
