Site work for a mixed-use development in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 150 total feet of 6-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main, 170 feet of 12-inch PVC water main, valves, vaults, fire hydrants, pavement patching, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter removal and replacement, restoration, and all other incidental work All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Owner This project includes installation of approximately 125 total feet of 6-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main, 190 feet of 12-inch PVC water main, valves, vaults, fire hydrants, pavement patching, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter removal and replacement, restoration, and all other incidental work. This project includes the installation of approximately 6 linear feet of 6 ductile iron water main pipe, 188 linear feet of 12 PVC water main pipe, 118 linear feet of 12 ductile iron water main pipe, 1 new fire hydrants with valves, 1 new valve in vault, HMA pavement patching, concrete and landscape restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project within City limits as shown on plans and as described in the Contract Documents.
