Through this Request for Quotations, the City of West Kelowna (the ”City”) invites Quotations for the supply and installation of vandal and theft proof power and lighting to the West Kelowna entrance signs, which conforms to the specifications provided. Identify, obtain any necessary permits, and install a permanent vandal and theft proof power source at both the south and north Welcome to West Kelowna entrance signs , Section 4 of this Part A. Install permanent, vandal and theft proof LED lighting that lights up the Welcome to West Kelowna Entrance signs while considering MoTI Obtrusive and Light Pollution Guidelines Section 305 Electrical and Traffic Engineering Manual Install permanent power supply for future irrigation clock connection at both sites Provide Record Drawings at the completion of the project. Provide a 5-year warranty against theft and/or damage to the power supply and/or equipment Power to be connected and signs lit up by November 1, 2023 Documents can be obtained from https://westkelowna.bidsandtenders.ca/ No bids received. Plans to re-tender has not been determined.
