Through this Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "Regional District") seeks quotations for the supply of fire pump testing for pumps installed on fire apparatus at the District's four fire departments. The initial contract will be for 2024 calendar year testing for 11 apparatus pumps. The contract may be extended by up to four further one-year terms, allowing for a potential 5-year total contract terms resulting from this RFQ. Regional District reserves the right to reject a quotation, should the Reference or Regional District have documented and verifiable evidence of poor performance on a prior engagement by the Respondent, including where a Respondent has failed to deliver services according to a pre-agreed date schedule. Any question a Respondent has related to this RFQ process must be submitted to the Regional District through the Bids & Tenders System.
