a) The snow must accumulate up to approximately 1" depth at locations outlined the Snow Removal Schedule prior to plowing. b) The snow must accumulate up to approximately 2.5" depth at locations outlined in Snow Removal Schedule prior to plowing. c) The Contractor will make reasonable effort to remove all snow and ice down to the original surface (pavement, gravel or asphalt, etc.) d) The Contractor will make all reasonable efforts to abide by the plowing schedule as outlined in the Appendices. e) Any location that are identified for plowing must be cleared within a 24hrs of the cessation of a snowfall or storm event. Multiple accumulations where individual events do not total the clearing threshold, but the total accumulation of those events is greater than the clearing threshold will require clearing at the earliest convenience in priority sequence: 1. Emergency Services 2. City Facilities 3. Parking Areas/Roadways 4. Staircases 5. Walkways f) The Contractor shall maintain a record of the dates on which his/her services were required and submit a billing with this record at the end of each month.
