The City of Spokane Wastewater Department, through the Facilities Department, is requesting bids for the construction of approximately 1,100 square feet of new offices space and the replacement of electrical services at the site. This new space will be on the mezzanine level of the main Wastewater Office located at 909 East Sprague Avenue. This work will include minor demolition of various systems and materials to allow for new structure and finish work in the mezzanine area, and the replacement of a significant portion of the electrical service for the building. The new offices will require significant coordination with the department. The upgraded electrical service will include a new electrical main panel, subpanels, and service connections.
