Site work for a mixed-use development in Niverville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to perform the work. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on August 16, 2023, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing. The scope of the work will include the restoration of the 1881 CPR Station well as the center piece for the new historical Station Park.
