Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The purpose of this task order is threefold: Construct an enclosed second floor which will be elevated approximately 18' above an existing hangar floor for offices & associated storage (approx. 2,800 SF or 50' X 55'). The area below the elevated second floor will be fenced and used for storage. The clear height of this area (e.g., below light fixtures, sprinkler heads, etc.) shall be equivalent to the clear height of the adjacent rollup door. Install two "power stands" which will match four existing stanchions that provide power and compressed air to equipment at the aircraft docks. Upgrade the Fire Alarm System and add Mass Notification System in Building 680. I. Project Location: Hill Air Force Base, UT
