Crushing to be completed by December 31, 2023 The Municipality requires a minimum of 3 sieve analysis, plus crush count, on each pile to confirm gravel meets standards. Testing is done at the expense of the Contractor. The Municipality reserves the right to reject in part or in whole, any pile which does not meet established specifications. The Municipality also reserves the right to take a random sample. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
