Generally, the work covered by the Pre-Development and Permitting for the New School project consists of the required ground surveys, field surveys, desktop assessments, and working with the School District or the School District s representative and the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes or the Shoshone-Paiute Tribe s Representative for facility design required for the NEPA process and the selected service provider will be responsible for managing and completing the evaluation. See RFP for full Scope of Work. The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 60 days, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid, to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. The Bidder s Contractor s License or Contractor s License Renewal Number. 4. Acknowledgement of the Addenda, if any. Any deficient Bid received will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. Work (Phase I and Phase II) substantially complete within 6-10 months (including 30-day comment period for the EA)
