Site work and paving for a road / highway in Headingley, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Lake Manitoba First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for the South Access Road Improvement. The project works must be completed by October 31, 2025. The works for this project include reconstruction of 12.5 km of existing granular road, including excavation, shaping and compaction of the road subgrade, curve realignment, placing granular material, double surface treatment or asphalt paving, installation or regrading of culverts, and cleaning and regrading of road ditches and ditch outlets. Works generally include: - 157,900 sq. m. granular subbase - 127,000 sq. m. granular base - 96,000 cu. m. excavation - 183,300 sq. m. geotextile - 91,600 sq. m. double surface treatment or asphalt - 450, 600, 750, 900 and 1,050 mm diameter culverts - Ditch grading. No pre-tender meeting or test holes will be completed onsite. Lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
