Renovation of a detention facility in Headingley, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide refrigeration services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the repair of the roof top a/c unit servicing the dining room area at the Headingley Correctional Centre 6030 Portage Avenue, Headingley, Manitoba. This policy shall provide coverage against claims for personal injury, bodily injury or death, or damage to third party property as a result of the construction of the project, with minimum limits of coverage of five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence and with a property damage deductible of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) maximum.
