Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Fontana, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work of improvement consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of clearing and grading all areas as required for the installation of all improvements as shown on the plans including but not limited to new wrought iron fencing, fence posts with footings, pedestrian gates, vehicular swing and rolling gates, CMU wall, artificial turf installation, restoring all improvements to preconstruction conditions, and all other related work required as indicated on the project plans for the Miller Park Fence Installation Project. This project is located at Miller Park and Miller Park Amphitheater, adjacent to Fontana City Hall. License Requirements: Class "A" contractor's license or a combination of Class "C" specialty contractor's license(s) sufficient to perform the work.
