As of November 14, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project consists of rehabilitating the existing Tamarind and Industry sanitary sewer pump station. Work includes removing existing electrical equipment, pumps, piping, fences, concrete, asphalt, top slabs, wet well liner, and building, pipe abandonment, and installation of new pumps, piping, standby generator, odor control system, top slabs, hatches, wet well supports, coating wet wells and manhole, fences, gates, shade structure, and electrical equipment (site lights, control panels, termination cabinet), and miscellaneous site improvements. Estimated Bid Value $3,800,000.00 Project Duration: 260 Working Days Bid bond payable to the city executed by the Bidder as principal and surety as obligor in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum amount of the Bid. The cash, check or Bid Bond shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder shall execute the Contract if it be awarded to the Bidder.
