The City of Fontana is soliciting bids for an annual contract for providing various asphalt concrete mixes. The contract will cover a two-year period beginning with the award of the contract with the option to renew for three additional one-year increments at the sole discretion of the City. The City of Fontana staff will order materials on an AS-NEEDED BASIS. City of Fontana Public Works personnel will pick up the material. The oil grades required throughout the length of the contract are as listed on the Bid Sheet. The bid items are not exhaustive and the City reserves the right to purchase other materials as related to asphalt.
