Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fontana, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work of improvement consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of but are not limited to the removal and replacement of a raised landscape median along Jurupa Avenue, new landscaping, installation of a new irrigation system which includes a backflow preventor, irrigation controller, remote control valves, splice boxes, drip line tubing, rehabilitation of existing asphalt paving, new thermoplastic striping, removals and disposals, restoring all areas and improvements to preconstruction conditions and all work required as indicated on the Jurupa Avenue Landscape Median Project plans. This overall project limit is located on Jurupa Avenue between Calabash Avenue to Hemlock Avenue.
