We will then be nailing a base sheet to the plywood and installing 2 plies of roofing felts in hot asphalt. A mineral surface cap sheet will be applied over the felts in hot asphalt. After the asphalt has sufficiently cured we will then apply title 24 compliant reflective coatings over the cap sheet. The project is 17001 Upland Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335. Contractor must be authorized by The Garland Company to install their products.
