The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required for the performance of grounds maintenance at various County athletic fields and parks. Special Accommodation: Any person requiring a special accommodation at a Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening because of a disability should call the Purchasing Department at (850) 248-8270 at least five (5) workdays prior to the Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening. Question Deadline 09/21/2023 at 5:00 PM Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov, the Bonfire portal, or FAX to (850) 248-8276 If the Vendor has questions regarding the application of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, to the Vendors duty to provide public records relating to this contract contact Bob Majka, Custodian of Public Records, at (850) 248-8145, publicrecords@baycountyfl.gov or 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401. Bidder shall be properly licensed for the appropriate work specified in this Invitation to Bid. All bidders are requested to submit any required license(s) with their bids. the County reserves the right to a. reject any or all submittals received; b. select and award any portion of any or all submittal items;
