As of September 6, 2023, an architect has been selected and this project is in the schematic design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start April 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - STOUT CAMPUS Project Description Project work includes replacing exterior windows, glazed curtain walls, exterior doors and hardware, attached exterior lighting, and masonry control joints; refinishing steel lintels, fascia, and soffits; and masonry tuckpointing. The DFD sustainable guidelines will be fully implemented to the extent possible within the establish project budget. Protection of entrances and pedestrian walkways and vehicular and pedestrian traffic routes throughout construction will be coordinated with the university.
