Renovation of a recreation facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,336-square-foot, one-story above grade recreation facility.

The work, in general, will include a lump sum bid for the 1,400 square foot renovation and 1,250 square foot expansion of the pool pump house and replacement of filtration equipment. Work will include selective demolition, concrete foundations and slabs, masonry walls, metal railings, pre-engineered roof trusses, asphalt shingled roofing, exterior and interior doors, industrial coatings, interior and exterior plumbing, piping, HVAC modifications and expansion, electrical renovation and expansion, lighting and pool filtration, and pump replacement. Bids rejected. Project will be rebid. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. The City of Menomonie reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
