Project Description: EPDM roof replacement of approximately +/- 24,943 square feet of the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Freemont High School. Each bid must be accompanied, in a separate envelope, by a bid bond for 5% of the bid amount or with a certified check or cashier's check. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required, guaranteeing faithful performance of the Contractor. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of bids The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
