Site work for a civil project in Eddyville, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The City of Eddyville, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", is requesting Quotations for soil borings for a street and storm sewer construction project. The work to be done at the location shown on the enclosed map includes eight soil borings to a minimum depth of 15' below grade. Boring logs will be required along with recommendations on Berdan Street pavement subgrade requirements and Merino Avenue storm sewer bedding requirements. It is expected that the City will choose the successful Quotation at their City Council meeting on July 1, 2024. The work shall be completed by August 16, 2024. The City of Eddyville reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City of Eddyville.
