Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Eddyville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a 790-square-foot educational facility; for the remodel of a 1,866-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Description: 1. High School FCS Remodel: Complete remodel of the Family Consumer & Sciences classroom +/- 1,866 square feet of the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Freemont High School. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, carpentry, floor coverings, acoustical ceilings, painting, cabinets, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. All ACM abatement provided by the Owner. 2. Elementary Kitchen Addition: Construction of new elementary commercial kitchen +/- 790 square feet at the Blakesburg Elementary School. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, site work, utilities, concrete foundations and slab, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, interior finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
