Reference Number 0000253581 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/08/28 04:00:00 PM EDT Brock University is seeking proposal for the supply of a water treatment program which encompasses the Central Utilities Power Plant, RLCHBRC, Registered Satellite Plants and Connecting systems. It is the intention of the University to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 3 (three) years], with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to 2 (two) x 1 (one) year options]. The first year of the contract will be considered a qualifying year and Brock University reserves the right to cancel the contract should the performance of product, cost or service not be satisfactory.
